The Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank Brian DuBree for his 16 years of service as our Chief. Brian first joined PVFC in 1994 when he moved into our local after having been a member of Point Pleasant Fire Company for five years. Brian has always been fully involved as a member. After his first year with us, he was appointed Fire Marshal and continued to move up our officer’s ranks serving as a Lieutenant and then Captain. In 1999 when we opened Station 20, Brian was our first Battalion Chief for Station 20. Brian later moved up to Deputy 24 and finally, in 2004 Brian became Chief 24.

As Chief, Brian pushed training, training, and training. Coupled with modernizing our equipment to keep up with new and emerging trends in the fire service has allowed PVFC to continue to deliver first-class fire and rescue services to the community we serve. Brian’s years of experience will still benefit PVFC as he remains a respected member of the fire company serving in capacities other than a line officer.

Thank you again, Brian, for all you have done with us and for us.
